Organizational Development by Design Thinking (ODBYDT) is an approach developed by Alvigor OD to build solutions that works with the current culture and systems instead of fighting it.
ODBYDT focuses on propelling Organisations towards their goals by using a rapid prototyping discipline. This leads to creating realistic action plans that is built around the people, existing culture and constraints of an Organisation. It also places emphasis on quick victories and progressive change.
